Refund of the second 50% : The refund of the second 50% of the payment will be subject to negotiations between the parties involved. and the final decision will be our company's. We promise to be fair and reasonable in these discussions to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.

Monthly, trinestra and annual plans have a commitment of permanence of said number of months. If you need to cancel it, you can only do so within the first 7 days after the payment of the month, the same 7 days apply for the creation of websites.

Hourly consulting bookings and SEO audit sales are always cancelled in advance. If you need to cancel, you can only do so 24 hours before the appointment and only 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
